MCA Training Program
​Purpose
​
Our New MCA Training Program focuses on Keller Williams’ systems, models, and best practices of the MCA role. The purpose of our 90 Day Training Program is to assist MCA’s in understanding Keller Williams’ Accounting systems, Reporting, and Tools. We promote weekly activities, including bank reconciliation and weekly soft closes to ensure financials are current and up to date weekly for the OP to review.

The goal of this program is to have the new MCA take ownership of this vast role within their first 90 days, so they can be as successful as possible in this role. We find that MCA’s that receive this training and support from the start are retained at a higher rate than MCA’s that do not.
Training
​To train an MCA, we work consistently with them through 1:1 sessions and weekly Group Training. This allows the MCA to absorb what they’re learning & to come up with questions when they are working through Keller Williams’ systems and processes. Our team works alongside the new MCA for 3+ Month End Closes, so they go smoothly and the MCA is able to build confidence with the process.
MCA Certification Levels

We have Four Certification Levels for MCA’s. Our New MCA Training Program takes the new MCA through Level II, which is a Transactional MCA focused on quality bookkeeping. It is essential for every MCA to understands the basics of the accounting systems required for the MCA Role. Once this is mastered they can continue their MCA education through our Certification Programs to increase their skills as Leaders and CFO Partners.
Level I — AMCA
Level II — Transactional MCA
Level III — MCA Leader (Communicator of Value)
Level IV — MCA CFO Partner (Operations, Profitability, Retention, Growth)
